I have 25 years of experience in business development from three different continents. I worked at Finpro in Finland, Italy and India, later founded my own consulting company in India, and finally worked five years as commercial counsellor at two Finnish embassies, Rome and Brasilia, supporting Finnish companies in their market access and business development.

I have also designed and executed cross-cultural communication workshops, helping to build bridges between the Finnish HQ and foreign subsidiaries.

Currently I am a strategic advisor for Kasvu Consulting, which I originally founded in India. I am officially retired but open to advisory positions at growth companies, which are looking guidance and sparring in their international expansion and growth.
